Cooperative Leadership Development

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What makes a good cooperative leader, and how can you develop and showcase these skills? This interactive workshop will help you to define, describe, and delineate skills you (or your housemates) might gain from serving in a leadership position in the co-op. Based on data and workshop materials from ICC Ann Arbor, Patti Kardia, the Director of Education and Training, will facilitate a workshop and share some resources to help you consider leadership roles in co-operatives. Bring a current resume and co-op job description (if there is such a thing!)
